Had the same problem on my phone. I went to settings, then apps, then I picked Spotify and went to storage and cleared data. It worked for me 😀 (When you are done you have to go to Spotify settings and allow download using cellular). Hi i'm spotify premium user and i recently update my phone to Marshmallow from lolipop. On lolipop i can download the tracks and playlists using mobile data. However, after i update my phone i can't download using mobile data, the spotify will always remind me to enable the option to enable download using mobile data even i already enable it.
